GCFI Scholarship

The Schmied scholarship will be offered again in 2008 and will enable at least one student to participate in the upcoming GCFI meeting in Guadeloupe, French West Indies. The deadline for all application materials to be submitted by e-mail is August 1, 2008. Selection of an awardee will be based on their demonstrated involvement with recreational fisheries topics and/or issues, level of achievement, innovation, and financial need as demonstrated in their letters of application.
